This work is to be bid under a MULTIPLE CONTRACT system covering the work of all trades under separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 - General Construction _ Contract No. 2 - Mechanical Contract No. 3 - Plumbing Contract No. 4 - Electrical Contract No. 5 - Site Work under this Contract may generally be described to include, but not be limited to the following: All removal and disposal of existing building, assemblies and components as scheduled or required for execution of the work. Procurement and general requirements; temporary facilities and controls; temporary project signage; cutting and patching; minor demolition for remodeling; concrete (forming & accessories, reinforcing, cast-in place concrete, & cast underlayment); metals (cold-formed metal framing & metal fabrications); rough carpentry; finish carpentry; solid surface fabrications; thermal and moisture protection (fire & smoke assembly identification, insulation, vapor barriers, firestopping, & joint sealers); openings (hollow metal frames, doors, hardware, & glazing); finishes (plaster, gypsum board, tiling, ceilings, resilient flooring, sound-absorbing wall & ceiling components; paintings & coatings); specialties (signage & protective walls coverings); food service equipment and all other general construction work & related materials as indicated on the Contract Drawings, as described in the Contract Specifications, and as needed for a complete and proper project. Question Deadline 07/24/2026 All requests for such interpretations shall submitted in writing to BCA Architects & Engineers (on the attached RFI Form). To be given consideration a request for interpretation the RFI form must be received at least four (4) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
