Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Description of the Work: The project will consist of approximately 170- LF of 12-inch pipe along Bee Cave Road. The waterline will be about 220 feet west from the intersection with Redbud Trail. . The Project is located within West Lake Hills within Travis County between Loop 360 and Red Bud Trail. Questions are to be submitted using the question and answer process on the procurement website. Responses to questions posted on the procurement website will be posted for the benefit of all Bidders. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 2:00 p.m. on July 30, 2026. Anticipated Sequence of Construction 1. Install temporary erosion/sedimentation control measures. 2. Conduct mandatory on-site pre-construction conference. 3. Install tree protection , plan to cut open trenches within the critical root zone of trees and protect foliage from equipment exhaust. 4. Prepare and submit all required project submittals including Trench Safety Plan and preconstruction inspection and video documentation . 5. Prepare temporary material storage and construction staging areas. 6. Install temporary fencing. 7. Construct waterline and appurtances. 8. Test new waterline. 9. Cleanup and restore work site.
