Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Fossil, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a educational facility.
*The owner has selected an architect, and the contract design documents are expected in Q1 2027. Architectural, engineering, and consulting services for the planning, design, and construction of a locker room remodel and library addition. The scope of work involves the new Library building, envisioned as building up to 2,000 SF, with two offices and a restroom. This new building needs to also tie into all existing campus communication systems but will likely have an independent power and mechanical service. Remodel of grade school locker rooms, high school locker rooms and grade school bathrooms. Preliminary conceptual designs are shown in Exhibit B. Design is anticipated to occur over an approximately (6 - 8) month period, with the majority of construction occurring over the summer and all construction estimated to be completed by December 2027. The total approximate budget for these projects is $4,000,000.
