Arthur Glover Memorial Park rehabilitation The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 15th day of July, 2025 with a completion date of no later than the 31st day of August, 2026. The selected contractor will be required to enter a construction contract with the City of Fossil. The scope of work for the project consists of the design, procurement, and installation of a playground system as noted below. The vision is to remove and replace the existing play equipment in the park with equipment that matches the general aesthetic of the park and accommodates all ages and abilities. Specific design elements & requirements are noted below DESIGN o This project will entail the design of a play system targeted at all ages and for anyone with disabilities. See design guidelines below for additional information. o Playground Suppliers shall provide a minimum of (2) two designs for the park playground that meet the design element guidelines & play system specifications noted below PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION This project will entail procurement and installation of: o Commercial grade playground equipment o Equipment footings o Fall zone material and landing mats o Playground boarder o ADA restroom and parking area o Walking paths o Resurface court for tennis, basketball hoops, and pickleball o Benches o Picnic tables o Garbage bins Any questions regarding specifications must be filed in written form with the City Liaison prior to 4:00 p.m. May 30, 2025 at gloverpark25@gmail.com
