Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

9,543 linear feet of 8-inch cured in place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, removal of 218 manhole steps, excavated point repairs, lining of 25 vertical feet of manholes, and various minor manhole repairs. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Scope of Work: The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, accessories, and labor for performing all operations necessary for the following: Sanitary sewer rehabilitation using the trenchless lining method of cured-inplace-pipe (CIPP) for: 9,543 linear feet (39 runs) of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main o Reinstate sewer service taps Cut approximately 13 intruding taps 5-ft Excavated Point Repairs Manhole Lining and Rehabilitation including, but not limited to: o Removal of manhole steps Rehabilitation of 25 vertical feet of manholes (3 manholes) using cementitious lining materials. Grout abandoned invert Center ring and cover Replace 2 manhole covers Question Deadline 07/23/2026
