Questions must be emailed to fcarello@dka-design.com , This solicitation includes a specific BEP participation goal of 30% of the total dollar amount awarded to MBES and FBEs, based on the availability of BEP certified vendors to perform or provide the anticipated services and/or supplies required by this solicitation. At least 50% of that total dollar amount should be awarded to WBES.
