Replacement of the scoreboard at the baseball facilities. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All correspondence or questions concerning the RFP should be addressed by email to Oscar Martin III , Senior Purchasing Manager, purchasingbids@waubonsee.edu. Waubonsee Community College is soliciting proposals to replace the Men's Baseball field scoreboard located behind the fence in right field utilizing the original steel I- beams & foundation. The college intends to add an LED ribbon marquee spanning the entire length of the board and a truss atop the board displaying college emblems and the new field name. The awarded Vendor will plan, procure and install a new fixed digital LED display scoreboard based on the specifications listed in this bid manual by allotted time for substantial completion. Vendor is also responsible for demolition and disposal of the original scoreboard. Contractor will confirm foundation is suitable for reuse. Some details may be determined during the Design Review stage. This solicitation includes a specific BEP participation goal of 30% based on the availability of BEP certified vendors to perform or provide the anticipated services and/or supplies required by this solicitation.
