Sweetwater County is accepting qualified contractors for pre-qualification for work to be performed on a time and materials basis and or by estimate depending on the job requested. Please be advised to ensure continued eligibility for upcoming projects, all contractors are required to submit the updated forms. The contractor is responsible for updating their information as it changes. All contractors must include a W9 form when submitting their completed forms. Work to include but not limited to the following areas: Asphalt, Crack Sealing, Patching, Overlay Demolition Carpet/Floor Coverings Electrical/Electronics Carpentry (rough and finish) Excavation Certified Asbestos - Inspection/Remediation Fencing Concrete (forming, pouring, finishing) Fire Alarms Direct Digital System Programming Fire Suppression/Extinguishers Fire Extinguisher Inspection/Service Glazier Fuel System - Tank Maintenance Guard Rail Garage Door/Overhead Door Installation and Repair Lead Paint Abatement Insulation Masonry Window Washing Painting Locks, Vaults, Safes, Keys, Security Systems Phone Service Low Voltage Certified Electrician / Installers Reclamation - (Seeding/Fertilize) Plumbing Snow Removal Roofing Sweeping (Streets & Parking Lot) Tree & Lawn Care - Including Winterization Welding HVAC Refrigeration Landscaping / Irrigation Trucking (Sand, Gravel, Water) Hydro-Vac Services (Utility Locating and Storm Sewer Maintenance) Pre-Qualification Forms must be completed and returned to the Sweetwater County Purchasing Office at 50140A US HWY 191 South, Rock Springs, WY 82901
