The Work includes all electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, all piping, fittings , pumps , motors, meters, gauges , valves , and appurtenances, and telemetry & control systems . Concrete cast- in - place decant structures and spillways . Construction of lime drying beds including excavation and embankment, clay liner installation, base course and gravel surfacing, geotextile fabric placement, drain tile and culvert piping, topsoil placement, reclamation, and seeding. Base bid includes piping, valves, and appurtenances. Bid Alternate 1 includes gravity pipe, force main pipe, duplex lift station, valve vault, and electrical and mechanical equipment, pumps, motors, meters, gauges, and telemetry and control systems, as well as concrete decant structures and spillways.
