Renovation of a stadium in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of Newton Arena Exterior Refurbishments, located at 7120 136B Street, Surrey, British Columbia (the Place of Work) in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the Work include: The work includes all labour, materials, products, and services required for the exterior restoration of the arena. This includes repainting the existing arena roof and exterior walls, as well as replacing the existing exterior cladding, all in accordance with the forthcoming specifications. Contractor to follow the MPDA specification and carry an additional allowance (5% of the painting scope) for MPDA quality inspection
