This procurement includes two Tensile Membrane Structure projects at the Central North Correctional Centre (CNCC) and Central East Correctional Centre (CECC). Each project is to be maintained separately for reporting and will require individual Purchase Orders, with contract administration and invoicing conducted independently. The scope consists of the design and construction of a new 21,375 sqft Tensile Membrane Structure, a 7,000 sqft exterior covered yard area, and a 10' x 300' link tunnel connecting the jail to the new structure. Minor interior upgrades are also required, including video capabilities in the lobby and expansions to the kitchen, dry goods storage, and admit discharge areas. Bidders should note that the projects are being delivered on an accelerated timeline, with construction underway and early works substantially complete. The successful bidder will need to promptly engage with the project team, review IFC documents, support commissioning activities, attend all bi-weekly coordination meetings after engagement, and conduct monthly site visits from September through to completion of commissioning activities.
