Assess sprinkler system post major fit-up to determine if any code deficiencies remain. The study shall provide an assessment of the sprinkler (wet and dry) and fire alarm systems services and components, piping conditions, valves, hoses and standpipes, pump; in addition to providing backflow preventer at the water supply to the sprinkler system. Recommendations from the study shall provide options (and their associated cost estimate) to upgrade and or replace the sprinkler system to ensure reliable operation and compliance with NBC, NFCC and applicable codes and standards.
