The Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity Enterprise will continue the official procurement process on three main components of the Northern Integrated Supply Project's Glade Unit, which includes the Glade Main Embankment package, the Munroe Canal Bypass package, and the Glade Pump Plant package. Qualified and Shortlisted Proposers through the Request for Proposal process will receive the Invitation for Bids documents, which will include Contract Documents for the completion of the work, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports to provide a basis for contractor bid development. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/21/2026 02:00 PM MDT Official bid documents must be obtained online. This is an informal solicitation. The Packages are all located in Larimer County, northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado near the intersection of existing U.S. Highway 287 and Colorado Highway 14. A brief description of each is included below: 1. Glade Reservoir Main Embankment - New off-channel reservoir with an active storage capacity of 170,000 acre-feet includes: - Approximately 300-foot high, 20 million cubic yards, zoned earth-rockfill embankment dam with an approximately 5,000-foot-long crest, Excavated and lined forebay with a storage capacity of 500 acre-feet, Spillway, high-level outlet works, low-level outlet works, and other appurtenances. 2. Munroe - Canal Bypass Concrete encasement and burial of a 102-inch diameter steel pipeline to convey an existing canal under the proposed Glade Reservoir. - 3. Glade Pump Plant - Pumping facilities with vertical centrifugal pumps to pump water from the forebay into the reservoir, including: - Pump plant building, pumps, motors , VFDs, pump discharge piping and valves, and surge control. - Substation that will interconnect a 115-kV transmission line (constructed by others) with the Glade Pump Plant and reduce the voltage down to the pump motor voltage of 6.9-kV. 4. Glade Inlet Canal - A reinforced concrete river diversion structure, 4,000-foot-long tunnel, and canal (rectangular and trapezoidal) to divert water from the Poudre River and route it into the forebay. This package is administered through the CM/GC contracting method with Flatiron Construction
