While the scope below identifies several services that may be needed , it may not be all inclusive of the scope required and all services referenced may not be used. 1. Pre-Development Review Work a. Lead the Neighborhood Meeting as the first step in the wall's design process, taking in resident comments and compiling them into design ideas for the City and Planning Department b. Coordinate directly and continuously with City Building Services (contact: Russell Hovland) on the wall design throughout the process c. Coordinate with the City's Art in Public Places (APP) program on the wall design o Provide geotechnical input (soil conditions, foundation/footing recommendations) to support the wall's structural design. d . Prepare site civil , structural , and landscape design sufficient for City development review submittal. e. Explore Urban Renewal Authority (URA) funding opportunities through the landscape architect, as a non-guaranteed avenue worth investigating. f. Identification of available Urban Renewal Authority (URA) funding or partnership opportunities, as applicable.
