The State of Colorado, Colorado State University is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors/Constructors to provide materials and installation for the following scope of work at the Colorado State University Infectious Disease Research Center (IDRC): Connect IDRC Phase III to the Foothills Chilled Water Utility thus replacing outdated stand-alone chillers. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals on the basis of being unresponsive to this AFB or for failure to disclose requested information.
