This project is for elevator maintenance at Coast Guard Sector Detroit. Bidders are required to submit written quotes for the base year and four option years. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, responsive, and responsible offeror whose quotation meets the requirements. Please refer to the 'Sector Detroit Elevator Maintenance_Statement of Work (SOW)' attachment for a full description of the requirement. The project is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238290 and PSC code J039. All instructions, provisions, and clauses relevant to this solicitation are contained in the attached RFQ. Written quotes must be submitted via email; oral quotes will not be accepted. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Kara Davis at kara.a.davis@uscg.mil no later than 27 July 2026 10:00 AM Eastern Time on the attached "Request for Information" form. Late questions may not be answered on time.
