This project is to replace existing siding on the buildings listed in the bid schedule . Work includes exterior surface preparation including demo and/or repair of existing siding, installation of weather proofing where needed , installation of new siding, caulking , and painting if required . Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing siding, trim, fascia, soffits , and moisture barrier and the installation of all new moisture barrier, siding, trim, fascia, and vented soffits . Drawings are attached for estimating purposes . Contractor is responsible for verifying dimensions and anticipated material quantities prior to estimating and material purchasing. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials , and tools to complete the work and dispose of all refuse off FS property in accordance with all federal , state , and local laws .
