Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform cooling tower media replacement for Building 154. The work includes removing existing cooling tower media, inspecting associated components, and installing new media to restore proper system functionality and efficiency. Services must be completed in accordance with applicable standards, ensuring the cooling tower operates effectively and meets performance requirements following replacement. Questions shall be submitted via email to Erin.Riffey@usda.gov and are due no later than July 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time. The anticipated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
