Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Framingham, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a financial development; and parking garage.

The City of Framingham is seeking sealed proposals from a qualified Architectural/Engineering (AE) Design Services Firm to provide Design Services and Construction Administration Services for a parking garage with 1000 square feet on the ground level floor facing Union Avenue to house a branch bank on City owned property located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, Massachusetts. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. Question Deadline 08/13/2026 at 10:00 AM ET
