Renovation or replacement of the E. L. Hamm Fine Arts Building at Norfolk State University. All inquiries for information regarding this RFQ shall be directed to: Libbie L. Upon completion, the expanded and renovated facility will encompass approximately 151,411 gross square feet. The new Fine Arts Building will provide a comprehensive learning, performance, and creative environment to support the University's visual and performing arts programs. The facility will include administrative offices, faculty offices, classrooms, flexible instructional spaces, computer laboratories, art studios, digital media laboratories, graphic design studios, sculpture facilities, photography studios, music rehearsal rooms, recital hall , dedicated band rehearsal space, recording studios, individual practice rooms, performance support spaces, student collaboration and lounge areas , support spaces, storage and an art gallery.
