There are existing inlet filters, proprietary biotreatment BMPs (including Modular Wetlands and Filterra units) located at Lexington Park and Arnold Cypress Park. Each BMP will need to be serviced per the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance and in conformance with the O&M Plan(s) in the approved WQMP(s). The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: provide annual pre-wet season maintenance, per the manufacturer’s inspection and maintenance guidance, complete inspection reporting including provided photos and reports directly to the City and labor for the proper functioning of the system, and other incidental items of work.
