The City of Cypress (CITY) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified landscape architecture design firms to provide design and engineering services for landscaped medians, parkways, and park facilities. The CITY will review all proposals and award a contract, or contracts, based on Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) procedures. The selected firm(s) and identified staff shall demonstrate strong background and knowledge in design and construction of turf reduction, median rehabilitation, and irrigation projects; be capable of providing leadership to the entire design and construction team, and work in close partnership with City staff.
