Renovation of a water / sewer project in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade water / sewer project.

For assistance with the portal contact Alex Jackson, Purchasing Agent, at alex.jackson@leavenworthks.gov Project is to remove old air handler unit, purchase and install new unit. Project Scope of work to include but not limited to the following: 1. Demo and disposal of existing Trane system (AHU- 1 and Condensing unit). 2. Install new Trane air handling unit and condensing unit or equivalent. Both coils to be heresite coated. 3. Fabricate and install new ductwork to connect to existing ductwork. 4. Furnish and install new refrigerant lines. 5. Furnish and install new control system for AHU-1 , condensing unit and 5-hot water coils. 6. Start up and check out operation of new equipment.
