Façade repairs; dismantling and reconstruction of approximately 60% of one façade; masonry repointing; replacement of cracked and damaged masonry units; curtain wall repairs and replacement caps; wall waterproofing; sealants and flashing; roof membrane, insulation and flashing replacement; parapet repairs; gargoyle addition; corrosion treatment and painting of steel lintels; foundation crack repairs; electrical and water outlet cover replacements; exterior cleaning and related envelope rehabilitation.
