Construction of a new owner's pavilion intended for the management and innovation education. The new five-story glass building will allow the owner to increase its student population from 1,200 to 1,700 and will house, among other things, the third-year college classes, all university students, the gastronomic lab and experience research units, as well as collaborative workspaces. Developed in partnership with the Angus Development Corporation (SDA), the architectural firm Provencher_Roy, and the contractor Pomerleau, the project will focus on preserving the existing heritage facade, behind which a completely rebuilt building will take shape. TIMELINE: The owner has obtained authorization from the Quebec government to start the construction. Site preparation is underway. The project is expected to be completed by fall 2028.
