The deadline for written questions is July 6, 2026 The deadline for written questions will be compiled and responses will be published as an addendum to the RFQ no later than July 7, 2026 at 4:00PM. The Lucas County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager At-Risk for comprehensive renovations at the Lucas County Corrections Center located at 1622 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604. The building is approximately 227,000 square feet and was opened in 1977. The facility is 6 stories and includes a basement, sub-basement, and penthouse mechanical area. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to receive information from qualified professional firms interested in serving as the prime architect for the above mentioned project. This request is intended to include all required professional design services It is the goal of the Board of Lucas County Commissioners to have 15% MBE/DBE/EDGE participation of the overall total cost of the project.
