The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the MacLaren Youth Correction Facility Infirmary & Pharmacy Renovation (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon Youth Authority (the "Contract"). The work to be performed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation , equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction Work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to Attachment B-Technical Specifications and Attachment C-Plans and Drawings (the "Work"). The Work, includes, but is not limited to: Renovation and expansion of the infirmary at the Oregon Youth Authority's MacLaren Facility. The renovation scope includes expansion and reconfiguration of the existing medical laboratory, security station, medication room and supply area, and receiving/storage space. The adjacent expansion will include construction of four patient rooms, a shared day room, a new nurse station, two supervisor offices, and a meeting room. Following relocation of the existing medication room, walls will be removed to create an enlarged general storage area.
