Base Ordering Period: 10/01/2026 09/30/2027 Maintenance and support services for a SencorpWhite vertical medication carousel system, including furnishing all parts, labor, and transportation necessary to provide both preventive and corrective maintenance. Services include onsite quarterly preventive maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's schedule, emergency and routine repair services, system diagnostics, calibration, cleaning, lubrication, and installation of required engineering updates. The contractor shall ensure system performance meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications and maintain a guaranteed system uptime of 97% under a Gold Tier Support Plan, which provides 24/7/365 technical support access, remote and onsite assistance, and inclusion of replacement parts (new or factory rebuilt), labor, and equipment required for system operation, excluding consumables. The contractor will provide timely response services, including emergency and routine repairs, with a 24-hour response time from dispatch for onsite support, and resolution targets varying by priority level. Preventive maintenance inspections will occur four times annually and will include thorough system checks, safety testing, and compliance with NFPA and UL standards. The contractor must also provide software updates, firmware updates, and system upgrades at no additional cost, ensure proper documentation through detailed service reports, and coordinate scheduling with the VA to avoid disruption to operations. All services will be performed by certified personnel trained and authorized by the original equipment manufacturer, with responsibility for maintaining system reliability critical to pharmacy operations and patient safety. The contractor will adhere to all VA regulations, quality assurance standards, and records management requirements, ensure proper handling of sensitive information, and deliver all services in compliance with federal laws and contract terms. The contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity agreement with one base period and four option periods, with services ordered through task orders as needed.
