The Hancock Rd Culvert project has been fully designed for several years, with updated designs recently completed. The original estimate of $300,000 proved insufficient when bid results came back at nearly double that amount, leaving the project without funding. Given inflation and material cost increases, the project is now estimated at $850,000. This culvert must be completed before work on the Dan Casey Culverts project can begin. Securing funding is critical to ensuring proper sequencing of infrastructure improvements and avoiding further delays. The project is included in the City's 2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
