The Board of County Commissioners of Hancock County, Ohio ("Owner"), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for Design-Build Services to renovate an existing 6,362 + square foot county-owned building into a Training and Vehicle Storage Facility for the Hancock County Sheriff (the "Project"). Construction on this Project is intended to begin as soon as possible in the 2026 construction season.
