Replacement of the existing waterproof traffic coating/membrane system within the underground parkade at the Douglas Jung Building, 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC. TIMELINE: Request for Quote to provide consulting services for the project is underway. The project involves consultant services for the investigation, BC2 Business Case preparation, design, tendering, and construction administration for the project. The Consultant shall review available background information and complete a site investigation to assess the existing membrane/traffic coating condition, extent of deterioration, localized concrete repair requirements, drainage and interface conditions, operational constraints, and construction phasing considerations. The underground parkade remains in use by tenant service vehicles and building operations; therefore, phasing, access, traffic control, and operational continuity must be considered. The Consultant shall prepare a BC2 Business Case with a minimum of three options, including Status Quo, and identify one Minimum Viable Product (MVP) option as the recommended approach. Following approval of the BC2, the Consultant shall prepare tender-ready drawings, specifications, cost estimates, phasing/sequencing requirements, quality assurance/compliance testing requirements, and provide tender support and construction administration services through project closeout.
