The IPD Team, consisting of Defence Construction Canada (DCC), PCL Chandos, A Joint Venture; National Defence Architecture Collaborative and NDSC EJV is inviting Electrical IPD Contractors having experience in the design and construction of the types of facilities listed in '2026.07.13 - NDSC - Electrical IPD Contractor' Section 1.3, Project Description, and Section 1.4, Constraints and Challenges, of the Statement of Work (SOW), or other similar facilities to submit Proposals, which meet or exceed the requirements specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for An Other IPD Party to provide electrical contracting services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project, in Ottawa, Ontario. The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Operational Commands' operation centres and various intelligence components currently operate from multiple, geographically separated facilities and locations in the National Capital Region (NCR). This physical separation of key segments of staff of the Command-and-Control process impedes not only the maintenance of integrated situational awareness across all Commands, but also the creation of an integrated Common Operating Picture (COP) on a 24 7 basis.
