The Ottawa Aboriginal Coalition has retained MBC to act as their Construction Manager for the construction of a new women's shelter in Ottawa. MBC invites you to bid on this tender for finishes, millwork, and specialties. This is a construction management project to build a new women's shelter located in Ottawa. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor. The project is a new build consisting of three storeys above ground totaling approximately 17,500 ft2. The building has a concrete foundation and a mostly wood frame structure. The ground floor is common space and offices, the second floor is the 13 suites, and third floor is mostly for mechanical.
