Description

Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

Remove damaged roofing and dispose of materials, inspect roof deck and replace substrate, install new insulation board, fully adhered membrane system, edge metal, termination bars, and flashing, replace penetrations, boots, drains, and equipment flashings, and complete waterproofing.
