Question Deadline 07/24/2026 Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding documents to City's Department of Public Works, Administration & Engineering, in writing. The City may not answer questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening Bids. Estimated yearly project costs are expected in the range of $160,000 - $250,000. The work includes, but is not limited to: repair and replacement of water mains; repair and replacement of hydrants and hydrant runs; installation of water service; as needed point repairs to the water distribution system. The work effort required for each mobilization will range from significant to very small construction efforts, depending upon need. All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work. contractors must possess a C-57 (Well Drilling) Contractors License. The first term of this contract shall run one (1) year from the date the contract is executed. The contract may be renewed up to four (4) additional one-year terms for a total possible life of five (5) terms. Cash, cashier's check or certified check, payable to the order of the City of San Bruno, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a bond in said amount payable to the City of San Bruno and signed by the Bidder and a corporate surety shall accompany the bid.
