Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Corte Madera, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of approximately 1,730 linear feet of 8 and 6-inch welded steel pipe with valves, fittings, pipe disinfection, and appurtenances. Email epnotification@marincounty.gov to schedule your pre-construction (pre-con) meeting at least (2) business days prior to the start of work and to schedule an inspection. Inspection Request Policy: All inspection requests are to be emailed to epnotification@marincounty.gov 48 to 72 hours in advance of desired inspection. Our goal is to confirm the date/time of the inspection within 24 to 48 hours of your request Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
