Project consists generally of 23,636 cubic yards (CY) of excavation to construct a new approximately 3,100 foot long open ditch channel, 7,348 CY of topsoil stripping and re-spreading, spoil leveling, and seeding & fertilizing. Also includes a 200 linear foot (LF) 72" diameter corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert to be installed underneath an existing 6" diameter natural gas transmission line, a 96" diameter CMP culvert to be open cut through a gravel road, as well as furnishing and installing CMP tile outlets, surface drains, and culverts of various sizes to the new open ditch, riprap revetment, construction of field access lanes, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) tile improvements ranging from 42" to 12" in diameter totaling approximately 500 linear feet (LF), a road ditch re-grade, seeding & fertilizing disturbed road ditches, traffic control, and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, transportation, and supplies needed to complete the work. There is a bid alternate item for a 72" dia. RCP culvert underneath the natural gas pipeline (rather than CMP).
