Purchase and delivery of Ice Makers and Medical Grade Refrigerators/Freezers, brand name or equal, for the Harry S. Truman Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Items include ice machines, laboratory freezers, medical grade freezers, upright biological refrigerator/freezers, undercounter or freestanding refrigerators, and laboratory refrigerators. Bidders must provide new OEM medical supplies and equipment; no remanufactured or gray market items are acceptable. Offerors shall be OEMs, authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers, and must provide an authorization letter or documentation from the OEM to ensure warranty and service are maintained. Bidders must meet the specified salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics for 'equal' products and must clearly identify brand, model, and provide descriptive literature. All quotes must include technical capability, completion of FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate, delivery lead time, and price. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis.
