The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to supply a UBM-240 CPU motherboard assembly (V1 chip version) for the 200 RHS Det 1 UBM240 with installation by a certified M.I.C. Industries Technician (Part Number 101-5975-A), and deliver 3-day onsite training from a certified M.I.C. representative to assist with the erection of a Type 3 KSPAN. Submit a single, all-inclusive electronic quotation package including company information, firm-fixed pricing for each CLIN including any shipping or travel costs, and verifiable, written documentation from M.I.C. Industries, Inc. proving the offeror is an officially authorized reseller. The offeror must confirm in writing that all services will be performed exclusively by a certified M.I.C. Industries technician.
