Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform a comprehensive overhaul of a 900 kW Cummins generator (Model: DQFAC-1528718) adjacent to Building 409. The overhaul includes repairing all active fluid leaks, replacing gaskets and seals, including water pump, valve cover, and oil pan gaskets, replacing starting batteries and trickle chargers, and conducting a four-hour continuous load-bank test after reassembly to establish a fully functional and reliable baseline. Provide recurring preventative maintenance services consisting of monthly and semi-annual maintenance and annual NFPA 110-compliant load-bank testing for five designated standby generators and associated Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), with generator capacities ranging from 61 kW to 900 kW. Services shall also include 24/7/365 emergency repair support with a required on-site response time of four hours for Tier 1 mission-critical generators and twenty-four hours for Tier 2 standard generators. Ensure all work is performed by technicians holding current EGSA Journeyman or Master Technician certifications, factory or OEM training on Cummins and Kohler systems, and current NFPA 70E electrical safety certifications.
