The requirement is for an annual Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for an Ion Chromatography/Autosampler and associated peripheral equipment used by the Environmental Solutions Division. The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services using Thermo Scientific certified technicians and original manufacturer parts, as the equipment is manufactured and exclusively supported by Thermo Scientific. The services must ensure the continued certification and proper functioning of the instrumentation, preventing disruptions or delays in sample analysis and supporting ongoing project and program deliverables. The use of unauthorized personnel or non-original parts is not permitted, as it would void warranties, require recertification at government expense, and result in loss of manufacturer certification for the equipment. Only vendors with documented authorization and certified capability from Thermo Scientific to service and maintain this equipment may be considered. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
