Rehabilitation of County owned lateral sewers including cleaning and CCTV inspection of existing sanitary sewers, Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, point repairs and full-length pipe replacement, manhole rehabilitation and coating, root removal and obstruction cleaning, flow bypass and control operations, and surface restoration and site reinstatement. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: CCTV inspection. Preliminary site work including: utility mark-out and erosion control facilities. Maintenance and protection of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Sheeting, bracing , excavation, soil erosion protection, slope protection, earth movement, subgrade preparation , removal of excess and/or unsuitable excavated material, dewatering, and import of suitable material , as necessary to install and construct all the work defined within the Contract Documents. Temporary bypass pumping, equipment and process installations to facilitate the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer piping and sanitary manholes. Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer piping including: CIPP lining, external point repairs, and short-lining. 8. Level 1 and Level 2 NASSCO MACP manhole inspection. Internal reinstatement of building connections on lined sewer, removal of protruding laterals, and rehabilitation of laterals via injection grouting and CIPP lining. Manhole rehabilitation including: bench repair, invert rebuilding, chimney sealing, patching and sealing, chemical injection grouting, epoxy coating, and cementitious coating. 10. Asphalt paving. 11. Replacement of sidewalks, concrete paving, and concrete curbing. 12. Landscape restoration including: stripping, stockpiling and replacing topsoil, importing additional topsoil , removal of stumps and roots, grading, sod placement, raking, mulching, and fertilizer. 13.
