Renovation of a military facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replacement of the fire alarm system in Building 529, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to remove the existing system and install a new, fully functional fire alarm system in accordance with the General Requirements and all applicable attachments. Work includes design-build or design-bid-build execution as applicable, system integration, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and operational requirements. Location: Naval Air Station Oceana, 1750 Tomcat Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23460 Estimated Price Range: In accordance with FAR 36-204(e). Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs): PPIs must be submitted in writing on the attached Pre-Proposal Inquiry Form (ATTACHMENT F) to Maria Bayse at maria.bayse.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 27 July 2026 2:00 PM EDT. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
