Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) design and engineering services are required to support Military Construction (MILCON) and special project facilities, including new construction, renovation, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, and improvement of military and governmental facilities and associated utilities. Services encompass comprehensive and single-discipline capabilities such as architectural, landscape architecture, interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, geotechnical, fire protection, and cost engineering. Work includes planning services such as project programming, concept development, and economic analysis; facility analysis including condition assessments, energy studies, lifecycle cost analysis, and hazardous materials surveys; and site investigations such as geotechnical exploration and utility identification. Design services include development of design-build request for proposals, full building design, and preparation of cost estimates. Post-award services include submittal review, field consultations, special inspections, environmental permitting, electronic operation and maintenance support information (eOMSI), and preparation of record drawings. Projects may involve a wide range of facility types, including personnel housing (BEQ/BOQ), administrative and office buildings, training and classroom facilities, support and utility infrastructure, industrial and maintenance facilities, warehouses, and airfield-related facilities such as hangars and air traffic control towers. The contract requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent task orders and provide full design services for both new construction and renovation projects, including preparation of design-build and design-bid-build documentation, with anticipated construction values generally between $1 million and $5 million, though larger projects may be included.
