Renovation of a military facility in Lincoln, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace five (5) existing motor fan drive shaft bearings at USCG Base Boston in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The contractor shall furnish all required parts, materials, and services necessary to complete the replacement, restore the equipment to proper operating condition, and verify satisfactory performance upon completion of the work. Contractor quotations shall be submitted on a firm-fixed-price basis and include a detailed cost breakdown, lead times for all required parts, and a completed SF 18. Work shall comply with Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. Contractors shall incorporate the revised Scope of Work issued through the modification dated August 20, 2026, into their quotation. Location: USCG Base Boston, 427 Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109-1027.
