Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Filed Sub-bid contractors to transform approximately 29,000 sq. ft. of vacant warehouse space into functional educational facilities to support a Junior/Senior High School model. The project includes the fit-out of the warehouse space and reconfiguration of existing areas to relocate 7th-grade students from the Middle School, creating capacity for approximately 120 additional students. Planned improvements include the construction of 12-16 new classrooms, expanded cafeteria space, a second gymnasium, additional restroom facilities, and roof replacement. Campus-wide improvements include replacement of the synthetic turf field and playground. Masonry; Misc Metals; Waterproofing; Roofing; Metal Windows; Glass & Glazing; Tile; Acoustical Tile; Resilient Floors; Painting; Fire Protection Sprinkler System; Plumbing; HVAC; & Electrical. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. QA date - 07/23/2026 Questions concerning the bid documents must be submitting in writing via email to Mark J. Dascoli at mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted.
