Replacement of damaged glazing at the DCU Center including all labor, materials, and equipment. Please email bids to KUCERAJS@worcesterma.gov Question Deadline 07/29/2026 Work Included: Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Work including but not limited to the following Scope of Work: Removal from the existing curtain wall system, the damaged glazed window panel, and associated interior and exterior gaskets and lawful disposal of material. Furnish and install new gasketing and glazing panels as identified herein. There are two Insulated Glass Unit as follows: 3rd floor Convention Center: along Major Taylor Blvd 3rd column down from Door 2 (see attached pictures for reference): ~89"Hx50"W (contractor to field verify prior to purchase) 3rd floor Convention Center - High bay accessed via roof stairwell, located along the middle of the roof section of the atrium area.~69"Hx55"W (contractor to field verify prior to purchase) Temporary glazed lite opening enclosure panels as may be required. All safety barricades and signage and postings (interior and exterior). Provide City of Worcester Police detail during the prosecution of the exterior work
