Includes selective demolition, new exterior equipment slab, installation of owner-provided equipment, and new plumbing and HVAC systems. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Work included: Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work of this Section, including but not limited to the following: Protecting existing exterior elements to remain such as envelope items, audio/visual, fire alarm beacons, exterior wires, etc .. Protection of interior items / elements to remain in and around the work areas. Removal of select existing bituminous areas in preparation for the new equipment slab. Select removal of existing Plumbing chase. Select removal of the existing concrete slab in preparation for the new grease trap / Plumbing scope Temporary support of all items to remain while new work is being completed.
