Project will be rebid in early September. 910-920 SW FIRST STREET GARAGE- full roof replacement 910-920 SW FIRST STREET: full roof replacement and gutter guard replacement 408-412 NW 13TH STREET- full roof replacement 404 NW 13TH STREET- full roof replacement 523 WEST DIVISION STREET full roof replacement 830 SW NINTH AVE- full roof replacement 1225 SECOND STREET NW- Full roof replacement, full siding replacement 519-521 LINCOLN AVE- full roof replacement, full siding replacement 523-527 LINCOLN AVE- full roof replacement, full siding replacement 1319-1323 NW 7TH STREET- full roof replacement full siding replacement Bids will be received for the furnishing and installation of roofing, siding, accessories and gutter shields. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond naming the City of Faribault as oblige, certified check payable to the City of Faribault, or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. No personal checks will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularities in bidding.
