Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Fayetteville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Fayetteville is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced demolition contractors to provide complete demolition, asbestos abatement (as required), debris removal, and site stabilization services for three (3) vacant properties located within the City limits. An asbestos assessment report identifying asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at each property will be included with the solicitation documents. Respondents shall base their proposals on the conditions and quantities identified in the report. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
